What I write
Besides The Final Charade, I have written three other books that have not yet been published. All three are clean romance novels. I enjoy writing in different time periods. I usually start with a main character and that character shapes the setting and plot of my stories.
Because of my belief in God and my Christian worldview, I can't write without putting elements of faith into my characters. That being said, my characters are very real, both the good and the bad. I want them to show God's mercy and grace to the world as they discover his unconditional love.

I am a big believer in discovering your secret hidden talents. Now that four of my five children are grown, I have the time to explore some of the things I've always enjoyed doing. Painting and writing are at the top of my list right now.
I am married to a minister and we live in Denver, CO. My daughter at home is a junior in high school. One of the things I enjoy most is being a granny. There is nothing better than watching your babies be parents. My grandkids don't live near me right now, so I quit my fantastic job teaching so that I can travel to see my kids, grandkids, sister, and parents more often. It also has given me time to write.
